We are a small family business and not AMAZON.

1. You can check the status of your order while we are working on it.
With your confirmation notification you get a link to track the status of your order.

We also keep you informed by separate email and or text message. Or if we consider it important someone will contact you by phone (Manni usually)

2. We ship in stock items usually a day or two afthe rthey have been ordered. Next day orders if item is in stock, should be with you the next day of ordered by 12AM. Otherwise the day after.

3. We take payment when we know that we can actually ship the items as ordered/ If we need to make adjustments, we will get intiuch with you. Unlike many other companies, we do not take payment if an item is out of stock. The only excpection is when a kite etc. is customised to your speification.

4. We will usually text and or email you that the item has been shipped. The online order status will also change at some point.
