For various reasons we don't want to offer an automatic
'click through to PAYPAL' payment process.
(mainly it avoids problems if we can't ship items due to size and weight to certain destinations or if specilaist items become suddenly unavailable)

This method can delay the order process as we have to eMail
you instructions first and wait for you to make the payment.
